We answer all your questions

At what age can I take the first aid course?

You can start the first aid course as early as age 14. It is particularly relevant if you are planning to take the A1 50cm3 scooter license, limited to 45 km/h, which is available from the age of 15. Ideally, the course should be taken shortly before your 15th birthday, in preparation for this license.

Before taking any further steps towards obtaining your driver’s license, it is essential to take the first aid course. Possession of the certificate issued by this course is a prerequisite for taking the theoretical driving test.

This course is a requirement for the A1 and A35 motorcycle/scooter licenses, as well as the B car license, unless you already have a full license.
